The Student Records Office provides:
- Immunization records*
- School records for K-12*
- High school transcripts**
*May be obtained at the student’s school if student is currently attending an LCPS school.
**District does not retain copies of high school diplomas. We can only provide a copy of an official high school transcript that will include the date of graduation.
Information is available to parents/legal guardians (with proper documentation) of students who are under the age of 18, and to former students who are 18 and older, by written request.
To obtain records, parents/legal guardians and former students can come into the office and sign a release or the form below may be downloaded and faxed, emailed or mailed to the Student Records department along with a copy of the requestor’s picture ID.
For alumni who wish to request their high school transcripts they may click on the link below and follow the directions to create an account.
