Synergy Help Desk

If you need help with Synergy, please follow the procedure below:

  1. Contact the Help Desk at 527-4357. If you call the Help Desk and are unable to speak to someone directly, please be sure to leave a message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
  1. If you cannot get in touch with the Help Desk and need immediate assistance please contact your Synergy Specialist. They will contact the Help Desk with your problem so it may be logged appropriately. The Synergy Specialist could be the individual who handles and solves your issue but they will forward your issue to our Help Desk.

Please understand that your quickest response will be a result of contacting the Help Desk and having these individuals address your issue first.  Please note that the Help Desk line is the most appropriate Technology extension to call with Synergy questions.
