Las Cruces middle school students received certificates and medals at the Las Cruces City Council meeting on Monday, May 7, 2018. The students, posing here with Mayor Ken Miyagishima and City Manager Stuart Ed, were recognized as winners of the 12th annual CLC-TV Student Video PSA Contest.
