Teacher and Substitute Job Fair-April 13

In order to hire dozens of new pre-kindergarten through 12th grade teachers, substitute teachers and substitute educational assistants for the upcoming school year, Las Cruces Public Schools will host a job fair Friday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the LCPS Teaching and Learning Center, 505 S. Main St., Suite 400 (next to the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Department). Officials said no registration is required to participate.

“Since we have positions available at most grade levels and spanning various subject areas, there will be plenty of opportunities available for qualified applicants,” said Chief Human Resources Officer Miguel Serrano. “To expedite the hiring process, we will be conducting interviews and extending some job offers the day of the fair.”
