Elementary Art ShowHighlighting the creativity and technical skill of elementary school art students throughout the district, the Annual LCPS Elementary School Art Exhibition will feature more than 100 student-produced pieces of art, now through August 2017, in the LCPS Administration Building lobby, 505 South Main Street, Suite 249.

“This exhibit highlights all the creative work our students have produced throughout the year, and it allows the children to see their work on display in a professional setting,” said LCPS Elementary Art Teacher Emily Bennett. “The fine arts are essential for the education of the whole student. I am very grateful that I teach for a district that recognizes that and celebrates it through the art exhibits at Central Office.”

The 112-piece exhibition features artwork from students enrolled in elementary schools throughout the district. Artwork for the exhibition was selected by elementary school art teachers throughout LCPS.
